For urban commuters who need reminders during transit, Navp is a mobile app which does not only offers optimal public transport routes, but also alerts users when to disembark. Unlike other transit apps, Navp ensures users confirm they've exited at the correct stop making it more of a travel companion than just a navigator.
Crafting a user journey for Navp was essential to visualize the app's seamless integration into commuters' daily routines. By mapping out each step from planning to arrival, I aimed to ensure that Navp not only meets users' needs but also provides a delightful experience from start to finish. This user journey served as a guiding light, illuminating the path towards a more intuitive and user-friendly transit app.
